Extremely rude

I just called the std bank card call center, and i was told my card is over-the-limit and i need to speak to someone at reharbilitation (at 12:35am), I then spoke to a agent who could not explain y my card was in refered to them. I had a deposit that I made to them, like I normally do month to month which exceed my credit limit and my instalment way far.
she told me I can only have fund's cleared in 3 working days. when i requested to speak to her team-leader, she was extremely rude, not giving me a chance to speak and treating me like a complete, all I need, is my funds cleared so I can use my positive balance that i deposited into my card.
