On the 10th of December 2013 i sent an email to Hollard advising them that i want to cancell the funeral policy that i took out with them since that email i have not received any response from them to advice if the have received my query and they are dealing with. i believe that is bad customer service especially since i paid my premiums and i am not valued as custome
