HOLLARD- Debit with NO AUTHORIZATION!!!

I did a query with Hollard in September 2012 & did not take their policy. I asked them to give me a call in two months.
Two months later, November 2012, received a follow up call and i was not interested so i asked them to give me a call in January 2013.
Come 2 January 2013, an amount of R 420 was deducted from my account.
Called them on 3 Jan at 8h55am and spoke to Diane, explained the problem and she said that her manager, Miriam Ally will get back to me.
At 11h52, Onika called from Hollard and informed me that they could not find the recordings but will reverse the amount. This will take up to 7 Jan.
Come 11 Jan and still no money in my acc so call again. Spoke to Sam Masango at 1h45pm. He Informed me that Miriam has resigned and he will handle the matter but i will get a reversal on 14 January and he will also follow up with a courtesy call.
Todays is the 16 of January and i tried calling Sam since i did not hear from him. He was busy on another call & would call me back.
Im still waiting.
Fed up & frustrated with this running around, I contacted my bank. They will effect a stop for R70.
So HOLLARD has cost me R490 & alot of calls.
I have contacted the Insurance Ombudsman
