I have had the joy to be a victim of the poor service of your very unfriendly branch manager in the lower part of the wesrgate shopping centre.
What happened was I wanted to withdraw money from my secondary account. The atm was empty.
I asked the "competent" manager what to do.
He told me in a very rude manner that I just have to go to another banks atm, lovely considering you want to help me. Then I asked him is there an alternative, he said I have to sort it out?
What kind of manager is this? Then a passerby told me there is another atm in the upstars branch. I asked to speak to a manager there to complain about the manager at the bottom branch, however and convenient ly he was not available. Then I wanted to get info on how to close my account and move all my debit orders to my nedbank account, and the more unfriendly people there gave me more attitude. Now I sai in public that my capitec account will be closed soon with a load of social posts informing everybody about this unkind service myself and I bet many others recieve.
