I went to CApiec 2 weeks bank and the Branch Manager said I will recieve a call a day after as I am still waiting for a report regarding the unpaid debit orders. I am really disappointed with the bad service that I recieved from Capitec. I have to go to the branch all the time and I dont recieve any feedback
No one really cares at this stage, The branch Manager said she will refer the matter to the Regional Manager and to the credit department, All I want Capitec to do is to fix my credit record that was cause by the 4 months unpaid debit orders
