Proof on insurance

So i get a sms from this company called direct axis, saying that i have not sent proof of insurance on my vechile to them, ( which i have, and to wesbank), and that they will be taking off extra insurance,

and of course, the call centre thats supposed to be open unitl 6, is close at 5:30!
