Outsurance

There was a at my house on the 18/10/2012, which i reported on the 19/10/2012 at outsurance and at the local police station. i also provided outsurance with my given case number. - R40 000 worth of jewelry (rings) was . the proof of payment and proof of value certificates was as well. the garage door was breached (which is directly coordinated with our living room. the assesor took pictures of everything including scrape marks by the door.by reference from anita maree at insurance i replaced the locks on the damaged door and forwarded the reciept. after three weeks i recieved a letter from the assesor stating that i am not going to recieve a payment. reasons being that i am not covered for a freestanding structure which is false since my garage is in fact part of my house. they said there was no visible signs of forced entry, which is clearly visible on the photos. they claim i am not certian of the exact date the took place. i am not satisfeid by the outcome as they lead me to feel as the guilty party in this. i am a memeber of legalwise and reported it to them. i will forward the written progress of legalwise to which i am having complications as well.
