Took one hour for EFT, still not done

Hello,

one of my staff NAYAN, who works for me,

has earned some money in this past 6 months and he wanted to make a EFT,

he was leaving for India, on 20 th, flight was at 13.50 pm

we were at the bank from 10.00 am onwards,

we kept on hold for one hour, to just do a mere EFT, which takes less than 10 mins,

and after 1 hour, we were told, that Nayan earns little, why there is so much funds in his account,

its so weird, when we deposit funds in to STd bank, they will accept it, they wont ask question, but when we want to withdraw the same funds, STD BANK is acting funny,

can some one please assist
