I'm completey appauled by the service this manager had to offer, I first drove to the branch is Carlswald, they gave me incorrect information the manager there escalated the matter to Olga who called and advised that she will deal with the matter herself in turn when I drove again to her branch she reffers me to a consultanat, that is not acceptable, with the long ques and me having been at work on the day I have to yet wait another hour to be services, the service is disgusting, if a manager syas she will deal with something herself she should do so, Thanks for making me concider using another bank for my savings, this is service for such a big bank that promises great service, I wish the head of this department would deal with Olga personally as she doesn't have customer service skills!
