I was at the branch in Festival Mall on Saturday - like always I received great service from the consultant that I always choose to deal with. He processed everything as per usual - and sent it to head office and I am still awaiting a call from them and for the payment to be made.
I called the client services department yesterday to follow up and I was advised that I should wait patiently until they phone me??? They tried to call me twice and I was not available - but no calls today or after 12h00 yesterday??? The advisor that I deal with at the branch already sent 2/3 messages to the head office to contact me and they still have not actioned same?? I need feedback urgently on this... i'm not used to service like this from African Bank they are normally fantastic and I've referred many friends and family. BUT it took 1 advisor in Client Services to be rude and totally cheese me off. I need a manager to call me and to process my payment before COB today. Thank you
