Thought i should just bring this everyone attention. Becareful of the New National assurance either they take time to respond or they look at each & every mistake just not to pay. This is a bad insurance company i have ever come across.
I once had an accident on the 07/09/2012 & it was not my fault. I was told i need to pay R4500 of excess which i did & I was told i will get a refund as soon as they claim is processed against the third party as it was not my fault.
Its been 1 year 3 months, no refund has been received & no communication to me regarding my refund until today.
