No feedback and misleading information

On 13 October 2012 my car was damaged in an accident that was not my fault. I logged a notification claim Through Doreen in case the third party did not pay out.
Later when I found out that a third party claim would take too long to pay for the damages, I then went ahead and claimed through Doreen again. I also confirmed with her that there would be no excess to be paid from my side as I pay extra every month for a no excess option on my policy.
I was then contacted by Indwe whom informed me that there would be an excess of R1500, I phoned Doreen again to ask why this is and she said that it was a mistake and that she would sort it out. I then phoned her a week later to confirm that it was done and she said that it was and that I would not be paying any excess.
My car only went in 28th of January, completed on 12th February, the repairer has informed me of an excess that must be paid of R4500! I immediately phoned Doreen regarding this and she assured me that she woul sort it out and phone me back. two day later I phoned her back and she told me that she would follow up on this.
I have phoned her 6 times now and no feedback.
My premiums stayed the same throughout.
