I was an FNb client and had a cheque account with the company, upon realising that FNB wasnt offering products that suited my lifestyle i decided to close the account. I went to one of your branches to close off my account and i was told that the account has been closed. I have been in a process of buying a house and i was told that FNB has blacklisted me for not paying the monthly fees on my account and i rembered quite well - I asked for the acount to be closed. Visisted several FNB branches and they couldnt help me, tried getting through the call centre and i was told that they cant help and i should visit the branch. I am not sure what to do anymore as this affecting me negatively and i want this sorted out ASAP.
