Have been with dial direct for almost a year now, got my annual increase notification which price went up over 60% when i have never had a claim in my life.
how is this legal comtemplating taking this to OMBUDSMAN,

Then im told its because of the recent hail storms which affected the company... hows that my fault when ive never claimed, so i get punished as a client for other people claims.
