Great customer service

On the day of christmas eve I was a victim of purchases.. My cheque account was debited a total amount of R1195 towards purchases.. My card was with me at the time of incident.. Around 5:30pm at home I received an sms notifying me with regards to that transaction.. Shocked and puzzled I made the journey to horizon view branch to investigate this matter.. I was in such a state that hadly minutes after meeting the consultant at service desk I had alreday lost my car keys.. Mary ndlovu together with her awesome team helped me a lot.. Firstly with the way they handled this case and helping with all relevent documentation I required from them.. A thousand rand that I had lost, to them it felt as though I had lost. Millions of rands in this transaction.. I was reassured the matter would be resolved urgently. As for my car keys.. The whole bank stood to a stand still with all available staff members helping to locate my lost car keys.. I'm happy to announce we found them behind the consultants desk.. Thank you so much fnb horizon for making mr feel worthy of the trouble you went through..and as promised from follow up smses and calls.. I got my money back tooday.. Tx
