Failure to update my ITC Records

I settled my account in october 2013 and on the 5th of Nov i received a paid up letter from capitec and confirmation that an instruction has been sent to ITC and after 5 days my records will be updated. On the 24th of Dec I have asked ITC for my credit report only to find out no update was done by Capitec on my profile. I then phoned them to let them know of my frustration, however they say i have to do the follow up myself with ITC. I fail to understand this as i did my part to settle my account with them, someone from their side needs to follow up the matter. I will appreaciate if the matter be treated as urgent as it is an inconvinience to my credit record
