A smart way to not pay people?

I get a quarterly annuity of R1, 500. In December when it was due nothing was paid. I contact these people and am told it was "suspended" as I had not filled a proof of existence form in they sent me in September.

Firstly, I got nothing from them via post to my Box number or by E-Mail (which they have)

I never got a reminder as I should have done because they say they never heard from me. No second E-Mail with a read receipt, no 'phone call, no letter, nothing. Therefore, I remain blissfully unaware the policy has been suspended.

This is not the first time I have had problems with these people. The last time I heard from them via E-Mail was on the 2nd May 2012 in which they sent me a statement. They had my ID wrong my, Cell phone wrong, this despite the fact I have had the same cell number for 8 years & the ID for life. I have updated my records yearly, they have taken absolutely no notice and remain a bunch of incompetent nit wits.

I am a client and should be treated with the care they spend millions on telling us about they give.

Bottom line... useless, incompetent & couldn't care less.
