Totally blown away by the exceptional service I received at Capitec Bank today. I was assisted by the Branch Manager Sphiwe at the Campus Square branch and he went the extra-mile to assist me with all my queries and requests and believe me I had many!!! He gave me sound financial advice (my best interest in mind at all times) and helped me get a new card, changed my debit orders over to Capitec and also kept a smile while providing great service. He is definitely an asset to his branch as he leads by example and that sets the bar for his colleagues to follow. What a pleasure doing business at a Bank where the staff make you feel at home and a day-to-day experience effortless. Thanks Sphiwe, Thats what I call service.
