MY ACCOUNT WAS DELETED FROM INTERNET BANKING

My student loan account was deleted from my internet banking profile on the 6th September without my permission. I phoned the internet banking call centre and a gentlemen confirmed that my account had been deleted. Following this he asked me to put in my profile number and pin. I was then referred to another agent who couldn't help me because i couldn't give her my account number because the account had been deleted (THEREFORE I DON'T HAVE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER). She put me through to accounts who couldn't help me either and they put me through to TELEPHONE BANKING.

This mad goose chase is UNACCEPTABLE. When you are providing a financial service to someone you don't have the right to limit their access and ability to maintain that account without their knowledge. I am very upset that this was done without my knowledge and I'm infuriated that this could not be reversed without me going into a branch. I did not ask tor the account to be deleted therefore i should not have to go out of my way to get it relinked to internet banking.

Please sort this out otherwise i will be changing banks by the end of the month. I do not expect this service from Nedbank. Up your game.
