Been a client since their first year of business. Insured a new vehicle on Saturday. They couldn't assist as there was nobody available to authorise. Monday quote was given for R3000, 00 per month! When I queried quote was dropped to R1900, 00 per month! Same vehicle, same driver - my wife. Was told by consultant that they would phone on Tuesday with a better quote, obviously nothing happened! Got a quote for the same vehicle from another co for R900, 00 per month. This quote is more than the premium I pay for a more expensive vehicle. Had to accept as we wanted to take the vehicle. Should have changed long ago, stupid attitude of loyalty and the paperwork! Has on another occasion sent a mail to Rene Otto's (CEO) office. Regarding their roadside assistance. Still awaiting a reply. Whenever you want to leave, they would 'adjust' your premium! This obviously mean that they are ripping you off! They were good when they started and I recommended people to them. And try to claim! Talk about them trying to make you feel like a criminal! They no longer care about my 'small' premium. Bigger fish to fry!
