Call centre waiting times of up to 20 minutes (deceased estate department) are totally unacceptable particularly when one is reporting their loved one as deceased and one is trying to ensure that there are no outstanding payments and that the account does not go into arrears. More frustrating is that one cannot even sort this out at a branch. I had no success with the call centre and gave up after 3 calls (amounting to approximately 50min in total).
