Lack of good customer service

For the past 2 weeks ive been trying to get a replacement sony xperia z from MTNs insurer 24 hour mobility/pinniclce marketing, at firt they said they dont have the phone of which they then CONFIRMED that their own supplier has the phone in stock i just need to pay the acess fee of R600 to get it delivered . after depositing the amount, they advied me it would take 72 hours for them to deliver but even after the 72 hours had passed i am still without a phone, there reasoning being they cant get ahold of there courier cause they dont work on christmas yet its the 24/12/13 and thats no public holiday, before they even answer the phone you wait 15 minutes before an advise talks to you and their hold time is a minimum of 30 minutes without them evem signposting as to what they are doing, when you ask for the manager (Posh Sithole) she is always on lunch and can never come to the phone yet there calls are record, they have now added a further time scale for friday 27/12/13 and i had told them i will not be in town by then . they make you all these promises and change them in a blink of an eyhe customers situation and shift the blame around.
