Money deducted in my account

It is now Three month being with capitec bank but i am so disappointing with the administration. Last month R350 was debited in my account without my authorization by unknown party. I have consulted my branch at the Grove shopping Center to return the debit order but it was not successful as they say they need agreement note of the people who deducted money in my account. In the first place i don't know those people and capitec also was unsuccessful in tracing those people but still refused to return my money. I felt like they are protecting other people or even scamers than their customers.
Same thing happens today, R3577.80 was debited in my account. I did not go to complain again because i saw it is effortless knowing that i will not be helped. I will have to close my account with Capitec and move to the other bank that protect their customers against unauthorized debit orders.
