I have been a loyal client of FNB and I have always advised my friends and colleagues to join FNB over any other bank, my vehicle is also financed through Wesbank, they will always have my support. I woke up this morning to a nice sms stating money was transferred from my cheque account into my credit card with NO AUTHORISATION from myself. Now I have been paying my account every month for the past 6 months but yet FNB and their associates think it's ok to take money without my authorisation.
I tried calling good old Grace but after waiting for 30 minutes after I received an sms from her I was left hanging with no answer.
I do not like your adverts where you joke around with other banks and their retentions department but now it's time to see how well your retentions department is.
