On Christmas Eve, when everybody is on a go-slow and can't wait to go home, Mxolisi took his time to go through the contract with a big smile that I could hear through the telephone, answered all my questions and found out additional information with such efficiency. If I wasn't pressed for time to finalize my car purchase, I would have spoken to his boss at the end of the call to verbally express my satisfaction.
Outsurance has never disappointed me in the 7 years I've been with them but Mxolisi outdid everybody else!
