I WAS OFFERED A CREDIT CARD AND A LOAN LAST WEEK BY AFRICAN BANK AND I WAS ADVISED TO TAKE THE NECCESARY DOCUMENTS TO THEIR BRANCH OF WHICH L DID ON FRIDAY 20.12.2013 AT 9AM AND THE SALES CONSULTANT (CARLTON CENTRE) TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL CALL ME IN 4HRS JUST TO TELL ME TO COME AND COLLECT THE CARD AND SIGN THE CONTRACT BUT TILL TO DATE I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE. IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE ESPECIALLY FROM A FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER. HOW CAN A BANK BE RUN LIKE A SMALL SHOP AT THE CORNER OF THE STREET? AFRICAN BANK SERVICE DOESNT INSTILL CONFIDANCE TO CLIENTS.
