I have tried getting hold of her since yesterday as she promised to call me back. Well needless to say, she hasnt. Not only that, now when i call their number it is engaged, what if this was an emergency and i couldnt get hold of them, its people's lives and health they are dealing with yet they seem not to be interested. They fail to deliver yet they never slack on collecting their premiums. i refuse to be held accountable for any of this as Oneplan has failed to give me feedback.
