Nedbank debited my account twice for the motor finance, I went into the bank to reverse one unathorised debit order and they said I must call the call centre, the cc refered me to Shaun on 0118799044, he said I must send him an email which I did on the 15th/10/2013 and then followed up this morning and nothing has been done and I requested to spead to his manager Marie White Anderson, and expalined my situation she was very unproffessional and when I asked her if the debit order will be reversed as it was unauthorised she said no and hung up on me.i am closing the account, the service is unacceptable.
