Everyone of my relatives said " you better be careful with Outsurance, I've heard they take forever to pay out and don't give you the quality you had etc etc " I was more than pleasantly surprised with the way my claim was handled. Considering Christmas was fast approaching I couldn't have been more happy. Kudos to Outsurance I can watch TV over Christmas. Let's hope mother nature doesn't zap us with Lightning again.
