What I have experienced this last 2 weeks with First for Women Insurance is seriously ridiculous. The person responsible for my claim Josephine Mwelwa is just ignoring me and refuse indirectly to follow up my claim. First for Women didn't meet any of my expectation as a business insurance client that caused the shut down of my photography business for over than 2 weeks because of mismanaging, delays and no feedback.
