It is the second time this year that I save and keep money in my bank for a special occasion. Me and you guys had one of a fight in September, .. When your debits went off on the 20th, and you took my son's birthday money. NOW - Christmas is a week away. You deducted my savings... Not my salary. I wish one of you guys can understand that. I'm realy struggling to get through to you with this. I've read all the complaints on your facebook page. Don't you guys think - this is enough. I don't know what to tell my children. I am not sad, I'm in utter grief. I'm not so lucky to get paid with bonusses... I had to actually save money for Christmas. I can't believe you people...
