I would like to just complain about auto and general and budget carsMy car was in a accident a lady hit me from behind and I had to report it twice furthermore I was told by the consultant that I will only get a courtesy car for 30 but the 30 days ends the 3/01/14 which is very wrong as I only got the car on the 17/12/13. 5 days later I'm still waiting on a manager to call me back from auto and general as I am not happy with only having a courtesy car for 30 days how the heck am I suppose to get to work every day till my car is fixed I would love for the staff at auto and general to go through the same experience as me and see how they feel cause I was told by Sibusiso that unfortunately they cannot assist me what they cannot assist me I'm paying for your services and that's how you treat your clients when I clearly added the courtesy car in case something like this happened I swear auto and general don't really care about customer service all they care about is getting their monthly premium and the clients well I'm tired of this terrible services that one receives from them I don't ask for their services every month I pay for it I haven't skipped a payment ever so I think
