To this day i haven't heard any feedback with regards to the recovering of my access to fix my car. I am really not ecstatic about the communication at all. I have to constantly do the consultation. I'm sure it would be the other way around if it was me giving hassles. It would be quick for me to get a call. I have had to communicate with different "consultants" Michelle, Earl etc... who can't even tell me what is the progress on my file. The premium has even increased but i still haven't gotten the access amount. What exactly does the recovery department do? Clearly there are some gabs that need to be filled. I have waited patiently and my patience is weighing off very quickly now.
