Following my previous complaint, I received a sms informing me that Telkom is aware of a fault on my line and they are investigating all available options to restore my service. That was on the 10th of May. Today I receive a sms informing me my line will be suspended if I don't pay a bill I haven't received. What am I paying for? I haven't had a service for the 3rd time in 5 months and why so quick to suspend a line that isn't working? I still haven't been informed of my options and I'm not sure why this process takes so long. I'm paying for 2 services - Telkom ADSL and a 3G connection, so I can try and make some money to pay for 2 services - and one doesn't work. Can someone please contact me and inform me of my options? For a communication company, you don't know how to communicate to customers who pay your salary.
