Bad customer service

I couldn't withdraw money, the atm kept showing that my pin code is incorrect&I went inside the bank&the person who was helping me was not helpful&he kept on saying I did forget my pin code, I then asked him to try the inside pin pad& the card showed a different error message that my card is damaged. I refused to pay for something that was not my fault, the customer service ws disgusting to say the least, customer who qoued in a wrong side were putted in front of us, I spent almost 3 hours here. I refuse to pay fo a new card, its not lost nor physically
