Poor Service

My financial advisor is Alethia Jigels,
I have been trying to change a simple thing on my policy for an entire year now, my service advisor reads my mails but never responds..There has been numerous people phoning me from the call centre, they have promised to assist with the issue at hand, hopefully i get some response after this complaint as this seems to be the only way to get assistance
