I've ordered a Samsung S4 via the internet and asked for a white one, a black one arrived. i sent it back with the couriers. to date no explanation. when i phoned numorous times, no one wants to take the blame.
in the meantime the Device got loaded on my internet banking, so i must start paying but got no phone.
the price was R319 quoted and now i see it's R389???
also R150 was charged for the courier fee??? please advise if this will be removed from my account as the wrong phone was sent?
