I have requested to cancel it because your financial advisor has to me
He has advise me that I can make a withdrawal anytime but to my surprise when I called you call centre they told me that I can and when I call him he does not answer my calls anymore
My problem now is I have requested for cancellation of this investment
The balance is R14450 but you guts say you are going to give me R 10 300 of which I don't understand why are you charging me 100%
Can someone advise how can you charge me R4000 and how was this calculated and now I feel I have being treated badly and not recocnise that this is your financial advisor's fault
