What a nightmare dealing with discovery. My vehicle got three weeks ago and to date discovery has not finalised my claim. I have had to follow up with them as the agents never give you feedback or a call with regards to the claim. This morning when I called I got the shock of my life. The agent tells me your claim amount is 118000.00 before panicking I wanted to get to the bottom of it. I discovered that the agent was looking at single cab hilux bakkies when my car was a double cab. Now I have been told I will have to wait again before finalisation of my claim surely if the policy says double cab and the claims people can't do their job that should not be my problem. I must say I am really disappointed in Discovery maybe they should just stick to Medical aids because this insurance has certainly been a nightmare noone even listens to your concerns.
