I have been a employee of standardbank from march 2009 to november 2013.Usually my salary date is the 20th of each month but My last working day was on the 30th november and as per my exit policy I would receive my salary on my last day. To date I have no received my salary after sending emails to the H.R dept all they could say is thet they will investigate, I have commitments to fulfil and it has been a stressful experience as me and my family has been kept in the dark and not been able to provide for my family has been painful as I was forced to borrow money in order for my kids to have something to eat. I'm still awaiting feedback and the fact that I have to avoid phone calls because I can't pay people I owe money
