Ridiculous To Pay Total Due Without Reinstatement

I have been having financial difficulty due to our current economy for the past five month and therefore my BlueBean Credit Card fell into arrears. I was unable to make the payment of the total due for this period and tried whenever I could to make a payment. I am now able to pay the total due on the account but I am told that my account has been permanently blocked where I am expected to pay the account in full and will no longer be able to use the card. So what is the point of me paying the total due?? It was clear when I spoke to a manager in your contact center that I was having financial problems and I DO NOT want my card suspended as my intention is to bring it up to date and continue using the card. There is actually no point in me paying the account. In today's economy almost every second person has financial difficulties at some stage. When trying to resolve the issue one does not need this type of issue. Seeing that this is the case I will not refer any further clients to Bluebean or Standard bank as their credit facility is pathetic and customer service even worse. I will now pay the most minimum as its no benefit to me. RIDICULOUS, No of bringing account up to date.
