Falsifying EFT Limit SMS

I called in over 3 times over 3 months to increase my EFT Limit, received an sms but nothing has increased.
This has been occurring for over 3 months.
Disgusted at the attitude and service of the agents that phone.
No understanding shown, NO courtesy.
