FNB, you guys! You just debited my account early again! What's worse is, you guys do this sneak sneaky, no InContact SMS for these early debits, they just happen.

After going through your whole complaints process last month, I really thought you'd have resolved it by now, but clearly you people only care profits, not customers. Your innovations are for maximizing profits, not benefiting customers.
