Random debit order dates

For the past 3 months Old Mutual has been debiting on my acc on random dates and not on the agreed upon date. This makes life extremely difficult because now I have an overdrawn acc because they decided to debit on the 19th and my pay day is the last day of the month. I am extremely annoyed because I tried to notify them about this and they have done nothing to rectify this!
