Bad bad bad service past 9 months

"Please note of my cancellation of the 2 policies for the following

... and...

Last cover date will 28 February 2013 thereafter no debit orders should be going off

March 2012 paid card fees for each policy which to date I have never received I want that money back, then again Jan 2013 I was charged R150 for each policy for cards, I want that money back also

I have had it with gremlins in your system and service and would like the monies returned to me ASAP and cover to seize

I hope for a speedy resolution of this problem "

Then this afternoon I receive an sms notifying me that cards will be couriered... what the for... I dont want them anymore, not going to use them anymore

Just want my money back before I escalate to the ombudsman

PS You customer call centre and never works the router doesnt work also when you select 3 to go to customer service, and the 15 minute waits grind my...
