Bayport Financial Services
Telling me one thing and meaning the othe

I'm very disappointed and I feel robbed by Bayport. I had a loan which they handed over to their legal department in August 2008. They applied for a a garnishee order which started to deduct from my salary in September 2010 and i have been paying ever since then. Last year January 2012 i called the legal department wanting to enquire about my account, one of the Consultant told that my account is no longer been charged interest, she emailed me my statement as proof and i was glad cause i was finally finishing my loan with them. On the 19 November 2012 i decided to call the Legal Department for a settlement and I spoke to Kagiso Thokoa who gave me the settlement and confirmed again via email that my account was no longer been charged interest. To my surprise when i called again in Dec my balance was sky high and i could not understand, i asked to speak to Kagiso who assured me that he was going to sort it out with Finance i waited for more that 2 weeks and still didn't return my call, i had to call him myself using my airtime i kept on holding for him for more than 15 minutes. I'm still waiting for the response from Finance. The service at Boyport is disgusting.
