In March 2012 my employer Absa consolidated all my outside debt due to my financial destress, and they requested settelement amount from all the providers, which Bayport provided but the date of the settlement amount was on 16/3, but with Aba to get loan approved and to sign was on 19/3, a 3 day differs in their expire date, the account with them was then in credit and they never closed the account then, now they keep me liable for all their service fees afterwards and I still made efford to pay them in total R400, they handed me over to their legal admin department, I cannot afford to pay their service fees because I am the only breadwinner and has financial destress, because Absa consolidated my debt they need a letter that the account is been closed, I also send email to their legal admin department on 12/9 and since then no response from them
