I would like to express my greatest appreciation for the service I have received from Adriaan Odendaal who is an asset to the iWyze organisation. He has displayed a high level of professionalism and has treated me as a client with the utmost respect. He has kept all his promises for feedback and has made the worst experience of so much more comforting. My claim was finalised in 5 days...high 5 to u Addriaan.

However my experiences with the claims dept which incl. Abdul & his Team Leader; Marilyn leaves a very bitter taste in my mouth. My experiences can only be described as awful and stressful.
After 15 days of no feedback, numerous phone calls each day, they have a lot to learn from an individual like Mr Odendaal.
Advice to the 2 claims people : if you not passionate about the brand you represent, get out of the service industry. The well being and security of the consumer is in your hands, Respect it!
