Found cracked windscreen at 9.00am on Monday 20 January 2014. Went to the local Glasfit who confirmed the windscreen could not be repaired but had to be replaced. They phoned Outsurance and from there everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The claim was reigstered and the windscreen was ordered..
By 3.00pm that same afternoon, I drove away with the problem having been solved. Really good service!!
