Thursday 27/06/2013 Riaan from P&G phoned me to discuss replacement items, i requested Riaan to send me information on the Media Player he is wanting to replace me with he confirmed with me my correct email address. I also requested Riaan if he can possibly find out about a upright freezer instead of replacing it with a chest freezer and that i am aware that i will have to pay in the difference. Riaan confirmed with me he will find out and get back to me asap. Up untill today, which was already 4 working days i have had absolutely no feedback from Riaan whatsoever. How can Outsurance expect a client to deal with such an incompetent supplier! How long should i now wait to get any feedback! The least they can do is to phone back and follow up if i ever got the details. NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER!!! I am now sick and tired of dealing with Outsurance's incompetent suppliers!
